SF Arts Patrons Found Dead in Running Car Along I-5 Near Redding
TL;DR
CHP probes the deaths of Judith (84) and Wylie Sheldon (86), longtime San Francisco art patrons, whose bodies were found in a running Jeep on the right shoulder of northbound I-5 near Redding amid near-record heat. The cause of death is under investigation but appears medically related. The Sheldons were active in the SF art scene and helped host events for the San Francisco Silent Film Festival.
