TL;DR

Lauren Sánchez seemingly responded to Keith McNally's derogatory comments about her by posting uplifting messages on her Instagram stories without directly mentioning him, after the New York City restaurateur called her "absolutely revolting" in an unprovoked rant. The posts included quotes about love, kindness, and cheering for others, following McNally's public criticism of her and Jeff Bezos.
