Kevin Costner's Child Support Payments Set at $129K per Month

Actor Kevin Costner has been ordered by a judge to pay his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, $129,755 per month in child support, more than double his proposed amount. The judge also ruled that Costner must pay $200,000 in attorney's fees and $100,000 in forensic costs. The former couple, who have three children together, will each be responsible for 50% of their kids' healthcare expenses, sports, and extracurricular activities. Baumgartner initially requested $248,000 a month in child support, in addition to undisclosed spousal support. Costner argued that he couldn't afford the amount and accused Baumgartner of using the money for personal expenses unrelated to their children. The couple is also engaged in a battle over their prenuptial agreement, with a judge recently ordering Baumgartner to vacate their shared home by the end of the month.
