Gotti Grandson's Kidney Ultimatum: Donate or Face Prison

Carmine Agnello, John Gotti’s grandson, was given until 4 p.m. Monday to donate a kidney to his mother Victoria Gotti or report to prison to begin a 15-month sentence for COVID-relief loan fraud; a federal judge declined to delay, granting only a brief extension. He’s expected to serve at a minimum-security camp in Fairton, NJ, as prosecutors said the transplant isn’t imminent due to Victoria’s infections. The transplant had been postponed earlier; his sentence also includes restitution over $1.26 million, two years of supervised release, and 100 hours of community service.
