Disney World Hotel VP Accused of Drunkenly Assaulting Teenage Restaurant Hostess

John Munro, a 64-year-old Vice President of Hospitality, Sales, and Marketing at Sea Pines Resort, was arrested and charged with battery after allegedly slapping a teenage hostess at a Walt Disney World restaurant three times in the forehead while under the influence. The altercation occurred when the hostess refused to seat him due to the restaurant's dress code, as he was wearing swim shorts and a T-shirt. Munro, who was apparently intoxicated, followed the group to their table and proceeded to slap the hostess. He has entered a plea of not guilty and is set to appear in court next month.
