Jealous Wife Fatally Shoots Randy Travis' Stagehand Over Alleged Affair

A former stagehand for country star Randy Travis, Thomas Roberts, was allegedly shot dead by his wife, Christine Ann Roberts, who believed he was having an affair. Christine Roberts was arrested after fatally shooting her husband and reportedly made spontaneous utterances about his alleged infidelity. Thomas Roberts had worked with Randy Travis for about 20 years until Travis suffered a stroke in 2013. Travis memorialized Roberts in a Facebook post, describing him as a talented stage lighting technician and a kind-hearted person. Christine Roberts is due to appear in court, and her bond has been set at $100,000.
