Prosecutors seek forensic interviews in KJ Biermann case

Prosecutors filed an emergency motion seeking forensic interviews with minor children in Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.’s sodomy and sexual battery case. The 15-year-old has been detained since August and faces charges including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment, and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor under 16. Bond was set at $200,000; if released, he would be electronically monitored, barred from contacting the alleged victim or anyone under 16, must live at his mother’s home, attend school virtually, and abstain from social media and cellphone use. Authorities previously alleged videos of sexual activity with a family member under 12 were found on his phone. Arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 14, with a not-guilty plea anticipated.
