Zolciak says son passed polygraph amid Georgia allegations
Kim Zolciak defends her 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., saying he denies the allegations of sexual conduct and has passed a polygraph. KJ was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on two felonies (aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery) linked to an incident at a Life Time Fitness facility when he was 14. He’s held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, with a preliminary hearing set for September 8. Investigators say surveillance footage did not show the incident, and Georgia Bureau of Investigation testing found no male DNA in examined areas. Zolciak and KJ’s attorney maintain his innocence and say they will present evidence to prosecutors as the case proceeds in Superior Court under juvenile-offender rules.
