Takeoff's alleged killer indicted on murder charge.

A grand jury indicted DJ and club promoter Patrick Xavier Clark on a murder charge for the killing of Migos rapper Takeoff, whose real name was Kirsnick Khari Ball, after a private party at a Houston bowling alley in November 2020. Clark is accused of "knowingly discharging a firearm" at Takeoff, who was an "innocent bystander" near an argument outside the venue. Clark has been under house arrest after posting a $1 million bond in January. His attorney expects the jury to come back with a verdict of not guilty.
