America's Got Talent season 21 introduces the first-ever Judges' Callback round, where each judge hosts a private callback with six celebrity guest judges to re-evaluate acts before the live shows, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse. Simon Cowell calls the format brilliant and says it gives him more time to get to know contestants; Normani and Poo Bear serve as guest judges. The callbacks air Aug. 4 and Aug. 11, with live shows beginning Aug. 18 on NBC.
