At the 2024 CMA Awards, Chris Stapleton performed with Post Malone and won Single of the Year for "White Horse." Initially forgetting to thank his wife Morgane, Stapleton later corrected this oversight when accepting the Song of the Year award, acknowledging her support and contributions. "White Horse," inspired by the 2013 film The Lone Ranger, was co-written with Dan Wilson and became the lead single for Stapleton's album "Higher."
