Gwyneth Paltrow's Ski Crash Trial Continues with Emotional Testimonies.

A man involved in a ski collision with Gwyneth Paltrow in 2016 has lost "the ability to function at a high level" since the accident, according to a witness in a Utah court. Terry Sanderson, 76, claims Paltrow caused the accident and is seeking damages of $300,000. Paltrow has countersued and is seeking $1 in damages plus attorney's fees. Sanderson's initial lawsuit seeking $3.1m was dismissed. Paltrow and her children are expected to take the stand later this week in her defence.
