TL;DR

Allu Arjun's film Pushpa 2 has achieved significant box office success but failed to surpass five longstanding records held by Prabhas's Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. These include the biggest opening day collections in North America, overseas opening records, and top openings for non-Tamil and non-Kannada films in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, respectively. Additionally, Pushpa 2 fell short in pre-sales on BookMyShow compared to Baahubali 2. Despite these misses, Pushpa 2 remains a major success in Indian cinema.
