TL;DR

Rachel Zegler will reprise Eva Perón in a 2027 Broadway revival of Evita, directed by Jamie Lloyd after a lauded London Palladium run; the Broadway staging will be restaged as a concert-style production with modern choreography, and will not include the outdoor balcony scene from London due to safety concerns. The Shubert Theatre for Broadway will be announced and additional casting has yet to be revealed.
