Sam Smith's Troubled Concert Tour: Abrupt Endings and Cancellations.
TL;DR
Sam Smith abruptly ended their Manchester concert after noticing something was wrong with their voice, which turned out to be a vocal cord injury. The injury has resulted in the cancellation of rescheduled shows in Birmingham and Glasgow. Smith's team announced that refunds would be made available for the cancelled shows and that the singer must have complete vocal rest to avoid permanent damage. Smith's tour is still scheduled to make stops in Inglewood, and a collaboration with Madonna is set to debut soon.
