The shows, originally scheduled for June and then rescheduled for October, were meant to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his debut album "Doggystyle." Snoop expressed solidarity with the unions and called for the AMPTP to return to the negotiating table. The writers' strike began in May, and SAG-AFTRA recently voted to go on strike after failed negotiations with studios and streaming services. No resolution has been reached yet.
