"Suits: LA" Spin-off Pilot Ordered by NBC
TL;DR
NBC has ordered a pilot for "Suits: L.A.," a new series set in the same universe as the original show, but without the original cast. The decision comes after the surprising resurgence of interest in the long-canceled legal drama "Suits." The pilot will be directed by Victoria Mahoney, and the move is seen as an attempt to capitalize on the late-life success of the original series, although the absence of the original cast may present a challenge.
