TL;DR

Fans lined up outside The Aquarium in downtown Fargo for a surprise Phoebe Bridgers concert, a 200-person, no-recording-device event with doors at 5 p.m. and one-ticket-per-person rules. The pop-up tour marks Bridgers' return to live performance after pausing post-2024 Grammys, and Fargo hosts her second show at The Aquarium (the first was in 2018).
