Task Season 2 Expands With Mare of Easttown Crossover, Julianne Nicholson Returns

Julianne Nicholson is joining Task Season 2 for a Mare of Easttown crossover, reprising her Emmy-winning role as Lori Ross. The link between the HBO drama and Task, both from creator Brad Ingelsby, places the Philadelphia suburbs in closer crossovers as Mark Ruffalo leads a new task force in Season 2; Nicholson’s exact function remains unclear, while Mare of Easttown’s second season has been teased.
