Ari Aster's 'Beau Is Afraid' Premiere: Joaquin Phoenix and Mariah Carey Attend.

Filmmaker Ari Aster premiered his latest film, Beau Is Afraid, at the DGA Theatre in LA, with stars Joaquin Phoenix, Patti LuPone, Nathan Lane, Amy Ryan, Parker Posey, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Hayley Squires, Denis Ménochet, Kylie Rogers, Armen Nahapetian, Michael Gandolfini, Julia Antonelli, Richard Kind and Zoe Lister-Jones in attendance. The film, which marks Aster's biggest budget yet, follows Phoenix's character on an epic odyssey to get home to his mother. The premiere was attended by a host of stars, including Pedro Pascal, Jenna Ortega, Jesse Williams, Kesha and Darren Criss.
