"Five Nights at Freddy's" to Haunt Theaters and Peacock Simultaneously This Fall

Blumhouse's film adaptation of the video game Five Nights at Freddy's will be released in theaters and on Peacock on October 27. This marks the fourth Blumhouse movie to have a day-and-date release with Universal's streaming service. The movie follows a security guard working at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Matthew Lillard. The animatronic characters will be created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.
