The first reviews for Universal Pictures' horror-comedy "Renfield" starring Nicolas Cage and Nicholas Hoult are in, with most reactions being positive. Directed and produced by Chris McKay, the film follows Renfield, Dracula's acolyte, who finds a new life in modern-day New Orleans after falling in love with a traffic cop.
