YouTube Horror Hit Mandela Catalogue Heads to Theaters in 2028

Deadline reports United Artists, Amazon MGM Studios and Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment will release the Mandela Catalogue as a feature on June 9, 2028. The film, directed by series creator Alex Kister with Tyler Clifton, is produced by Amblin alongside Paper Street Pictures and Stuber/Nesbitt for United Artists. The adaptation, one of the summer’s anticipated horror titles, is based on the hit YouTube series set in Mandela County with shape‑shifting Alternates, and it beat 11 bids for the rights.
