Judge Upholds Jonathan Majors' Conviction, Sentencing to Proceed

Former Marvel actor Jonathan Majors' conviction on assault and harassment charges stemming from a domestic dispute with his former girlfriend will stand after a judge rejected a bid to set it aside. Majors was found guilty of one count of reckless assault in the 3rd degree and a non-criminal charge of harassment as a violation, but acquitted on another assault charge and one count of aggravated harassment. His attorney's motion to set aside the verdict and acquit him of the charges was denied by the judge.
