The property was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and doubles as an art museum, commissioned by modern art collectors Bill and Maria Bell. The estate boasts a water feature, a pool, and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The couple reportedly got a deal on the estate as it was quietly listed for $295 million.
