Avatar Aang Lands a Limited Theatrical Run Ahead of Oscar Season

Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender will get a one-week theatrical run in Los Angeles and New York (July 24–30) with three showtimes daily at AMC Burbank 8 and AMC Empire 25, as an awards-qualifying release timed with its Paramount+ debut on July 25; tickets go on sale July 16. The coastal, non-nationwide release is a consolation for fans after earlier plans to skip theaters, and the film will also screen at San Diego Comic-Con on July 24.
