ABBA guitarist Lasse Wellander passes away at 70.

ABBA's longtime guitarist Lasse Wellander has died at the age of 70. The band members paid tribute to him, describing him as a dear friend, a fun guy, and a superb guitarist. Wellander joined ABBA in 1974 and played an integral role in the band's creative input in the recording studio and on stage. He enjoyed playing all of ABBA's music, but his favorite was "Eagle." Wellander also worked on and released his own music.
