Ed Sheeran Threatens to Quit Music Over Copyright Lawsuit Outcome

Ed Sheeran has said he will quit the music industry if he loses a six-year copyright infringement case against him, in which he is accused of ripping off Marvin Gaye's 1973 hit "Let's Get It On" for his own 2014 hit "Thinking Out Loud." Sheeran is also getting vulnerable in his new Disney+ docuseries, Ed Sheeran: The Sum of It All, whose release Wednesday shows the singer talking about his reaction to his wife's cancer diagnosis last year.
