Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood surprise fans at Vegas residency opener.

Garth Brooks kicked off his Las Vegas residency with a nearly 2 ½-hour show at Caesars Palace, featuring covers of his idols and record-perfect renditions of his classic singalongs. The residency, which includes 27 shows through July and then November-December, aims to be an unexpected experience with pre-submitted requests from audience members and surprise guests. Brooks also announced 18 more shows in April-July 2024. The show is a phone-free experience, and Brooks wants it to be brand new for every audience.
