Jack White's Poetic Defense of Meg White's Drumming.
TL;DR
Jack White defends his former drummer and ex-wife, Meg White, against criticism of her drumming style with a poetic Instagram post. The criticism was sparked by a tweet from political journalist Lachlan Markay, who called Meg "terrible" and "shitty percussion." Musicians including Questlove and Margo Price jumped in to defend Meg, and Markay later apologized for his comments. Jack White has previously called out criticism of Meg's drumming as "pure sexism."
