Kelsea Ballerini Shines at 2023 CMT Awards with Drag Queens and Red Carpet Debut.

Kelsea Ballerini and four RuPaul's Drag Race queens performed "If You Go Down (I'm Goin' Down Too)" at the 2023 CMT Music Awards. The queens also gave advice to Texas drag queens impacted by the state's anti-drag show ban. Ballerini paid tribute to the Nashville shooting victims before the show. Hardy's "Wait in the Truck" won Collaborative Video of the Year, while Megan Moroney and Jelly Roll won Breakthrough Female and Male Video of the Year, respectively.
