Kim Fowley's Estate and DJ Rodney Bingenheimer Sued for Sexual Assault of Minor.

Kari Krome, a songwriter for The Runaways, has filed a lawsuit against the estate of deceased Runaways manager Kim Fowley and former KROQ disc jockey and nightclub owner Rodney Bingenheimer, accusing them both of sexually assaulting her in the 1970s when she was a teenager. The suit marks the first time Mitchell has publicly accused Bingenheimer of sexual assault. The suit alleges that Bingenheimer's English Disco was "a clearinghouse for grooming underaged girls and serving them to rock stars," adding that "he assaulted the girls themselves."
