Madonna Unveils Confessions II, a Dancefloor Sequel Due July 3

Madonna announced Confessions II, the sequel to 2005’s Confessions on a Dance Floor, due July 3 on Warner; a teaser features a clip of a new song 'I Feel So Free.' In a press statement, she and producer Stuart Price describe the album as a ritual on the dance floor that uses sound, light, and rhythm to connect communities and alter consciousness. The release marks her return to Warner and follows years of remix projects and collaborations; a Madonna biopic was scrapped in 2023, but will apparently be a plot point in The Studio season 2.
