Mick Mars in Legal Battle with Motley Crue Over Tour Profits and Firing Allegations

Mick Mars, the guitarist of Motley Crue, has been sued by the other three members of the band to force him into arbitration, claiming that he resigned when he announced he was quitting touring due to his arthritic disease. Mars has counter-sued, stating that he did not give up anything and that he only retired from touring. He also alleges that the other members have been trying to replace him since 1987 and that they have been hazing and gaslighting him. Mars wants to retire from touring but still have full participation as a shareholder and being on the board.
