Mick Mars sues Motley Crue over tour profits and alleged mistreatment.

Mick Mars, co-founder and former lead guitarist of Mötley Crüe, is suing the band for cutting his percentage of profits from 25% to 5% after he announced he couldn't handle touring due to his arthritic disease. He claims the band's lawyers made him feel grateful for even that small cut and that they "unilaterally" removed him from the band. Mars also accused bassist Nikki Sixx of "gaslighting" him about his guitar skills diminishing and claims Sixx's parts were pre-recorded during a recent tour. Mars is suing for access to the band's financial books to see if he's being ripped off.
