Olivia Rodrigo Snags Robert Smith for Surprise Primavera Sound Duet
TL;DR
Olivia Rodrigo revealed a full-on duet with The Cure’s Robert Smith on her upcoming album, premiering the track 'What's Wrong With Me' live at Primavera Sound; Smith joins as a featured vocal on the album 'You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love,' which arrives next Friday. Rodrigo had teased a Cure connection in recent weeks, and the on-stage collaboration followed a Glastonbury-era vibe; the breezy pop song centers on realizing that the relationship is what’s not working in her life, with Rodrigo describing the moment as especially meaningful as her first-ever feature.
