TL;DR

Usher's highly anticipated Super Bowl LVIII halftime performance featured special guests like H.E.R. and Alicia Keys, but did not include a reunion with Justin Bieber as rumored. The show paid homage to Atlanta's Black music and culture, incorporating references to Black Greek life, marching bands, and the city's nightclub and roller rink scenes. Usher's performance was a celebration of his hometown and a showcase of the diverse influences that have shaped his music career.
