The Mystery of Frank Ocean's Coachella Set Scrapped Last Minute.
TL;DR
Frank Ocean's Coachella performance was originally set to feature an ice rink, but plans were scrapped due to his ankle injury. TMZ obtained photos and videos of the ice rink rehearsals, which were set up about 50 yards from the main stage. Despite tight security, the ice rink didn't get worked into Frank's Sunday headlining set. Frank ended up performing without the ice rink, showing up an hour late and delivering what many festivalgoers felt was a lackluster performance.
