TL;DR

The rollout for Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's collaborative album, Vultures 1, has been marred by delays, sample clearance issues, controversies, and an alternate album cover based on a painting by one of Hitler's favorite artists. Despite finally being released, more sample clearance issues have arisen, and the album's distributor attempted to remove it from streaming services. The tumultuous rollout reflects the chaos that has become a defining feature of Kanye West's album releases.
