Trump Skips Super Bowl, Calls Bad Bunny and Green Day 'Anti-Them'
TL;DR
Former President Donald Trump says he will not attend Super Bowl LIX, calling the trip “too far away” and blasting the NFL’s entertainment lineup, specifically Bad Bunny and Green Day as “anti-them” and a “terrible” choice that “sows hatred.” He had previously criticized Bad Bunny, and Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong has spoken out against the administration; Trump attended the prior game but will skip this year for travel and performer reasons.
