TL;DR

Prince William responded with a laugh when an 11-year-old boy asked about his bank account during a visit to the Hideaway Youth Project in Manchester. The prince also joked about his balding hair during the engagement. The visit was part of a three-year commitment to reduce youth violence and provide employment opportunities for at-risk young people. The Prince's Royal Foundation will provide £25,000 in funding to the project for IT equipment and a recording studio.
