Queen Camilla's Health Update: Pneumonia Cancels Qatari Visit
TL;DR
Queen Camilla will miss parts of the Qatari state visit due to a lingering viral chest infection, as advised by doctors. She will not attend the official arrival of the Emir of Qatar and will have a reduced presence at other events. King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales will welcome the Qatari leader. The Queen will attend a lunch and a state banquet but will miss the ceremonial welcome to avoid standing in the cold. Her illness began after a trip to Australia and Samoa, and she has been advised to rest.
