TL;DR

Ronnie Taylor, the Brentwood neighbor Alan Ritchson punched during a suburban street altercation, says police decided not to charge after reviewing bodycam footage, which authorities say shows Ritchson acted in self-defense. Taylor denies a settlement and says he didn’t hire a lawyer, while police and the Daily Mail note the case is closed with no charges filed. The incident occurred while Ritchson and his children were present on motorcycles.
