Prince William laments lack of progress in tackling homelessness, says Diana would be disappointed.

Prince William has said that his mother, Princess Diana, would be disappointed at the lack of progress in preventing homelessness. He made the comments during a video recorded for this year's Red Nose Day charity appeal, in which he spent time with people who had been helped by a homelessness charity. Official government figures reveal that rough sleeping in England has risen by 26% in a year, which Comic Relief linked to a "spiralling cost-of-living crisis".
