TL;DR
Bayley surprised AAA by returning to the promotion, initially appearing at Rey de Reyes as a challenger to Flammer for the Reina de Reinas title and then resurfacing on the May 9 episode to assist La Catalina against Las Toxicas, setting up a potential Bayley–Catalina–Lola Vice trio while Las Toxicas remain the antagonists and the crowd reacted strongly to her presence.
