WWE Talent Cuts: Dolph Ziggler's Release and John Cena's Message
TL;DR
WWE has made a round of talent cuts, including former world champion Dolph Ziggler, Elias, Shelton Benjamin, Mustafa Ali, Rick Boogs, Emma, Aliyah, Riddick Moss, and Hit Row's Top Dolla. The releases come after WWE's merger with UFC to create TKO, a new publicly traded company under the Endeavor umbrella. WWE has not commented on the cuts, and there were also cuts in back-office roles last week. "SmackDown" will be leaving Fox for USA Network next year, while "Raw" and "NXT" are currently free agents in the live rights marketplace.
