TL;DR

Amazon Prime Video has introduced a new accessibility feature called Dialogue Boost, which allows users to increase the volume of dialogue without increasing background music and effects. The feature will be available for some specific Amazon Original programs globally before it rolls out more widely. To use Dialogue Boost, navigate to the audio and subtitles menu and click on "English Dialogue Boost: Medium" or "English Dialogue Boost: High."
