Backlash and Challenges Mark 'Stranger Things' Season 5 Finale
TL;DR
The final season of Stranger Things has received a negative response from viewers, with its audience score dropping to 57% due to criticism of the writing and the handling of Will's coming out scene, which some found awkward and unnecessary, while others defended it as a meaningful representation. The creators spent significant time crafting the scene, and Will's character is expected to play a key role in the series finale.
