TL;DR

The first two episodes of Dave's third season show the rapper grappling with newfound fame and the same insecurities that have always plagued him. In "Texas," Dave and his crew encounter southern culture on their tour, while in "Harrison Ave," Dave films a music video about his teenage love story. Both episodes showcase Dave's narcissism and entitlement, but also hint at some incremental progress in his personal growth.
