Mindy Kaling’s Hulu Comedy Feels Nostalgic—and More Millennial Than Gen Z
TL;DR
Not Suitable for Work is a warm, comfort-first Hulu comedy about five 20-somethings in NYC juggling careers and romance; it’s a nostalgic throwback with a likable ensemble, but it feels more Millennial than Gen Z and sometimes leans on old-school plotting rather than timely topics. Premieres June 2 on Hulu with nine half-hour episodes in season one.
